PURPOSE: A service system and method for informing the state of a caller is provided to conveniently inform a current state of the caller to several people by transmitting the state of the caller between the caller and a callee by a certain signal. CONSTITUTION: A communication system(20) receives receipt group information from a calling terminal(10) and pages all called terminals(31) included in a specific receipt group when request exists from the calling terminal(10). A group information database(25) is interlocked with the communication system(20), and stores paging numbers of the called terminals(31) and paging conditions in which a specific caller is recognized. A GPS(Global Positioning System)(50) grasps a position of the calling terminal(10) and transmits the position of the calling terminal(10) to the communication system(20) when the communication system(20) requests the position of the calling terminal(10).
