PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate careful survey work and to improve the reliability. SOLUTION: A store making business 70, when receiving a seal slip to be updated, transmits account information of the received seal tag to a host computer 51 on a center 50 side through a communication line 49 using a business store terminal 71. The business store 70 sends the received seal tag to the center 50 side. The host computer 51, when receiving the account information, informs a data control device 60 of this account information through a communication line 52. An image data taking means disposed on the center 50 side receives the seal tag from the business store 70, takes image data of the seal slip, produces seal data for temporary registration, and sends it to the data control device 60. The data control device 60, using a program, automatically performs the careful survey such as collation processing data for careful survey in the account information informed by the host computer 51 and data in seal data for temporary registration corresponding to the data for careful survey. |
