PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workflow retrieving system capable of always grasping the circulation state of an item to be circulated in plural workflow systems. SOLUTION: The workflow retrieving system 1 includes a flow information receiving means 11 for allowing a workflow system 3 through which an item is circulated to generate flow information being information on the circulation state of the item and receiving the flow information from the workflow system, a flow information updating means 12 for updating a flow information database 6 on the basis of the flow information, a flow information retrieving means for retrieving the database 6 when a request for retrieving the circulation state of the item is inputted from the system 3 and retrieving the flow information of the item to be retrieved, and a circulation state transmitting means 14 for transmitting the circulation state to the system 3 on the basis of the retrieved flow information. |
