PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the assembly and save work process and time by forming integrally the horizontal deflection coil and the balance coil. SOLUTION: The balance coil bobbin is installed on the horizontal deflection coil bobbin and formed integrally, and the wire which has wound the horizontal deflection coil is also wound on the balance coil as it is without being cut using the same wire coil. Hence the terminal treatment and connection work part are simplified. Further, the balance coil bobbin is installed and combined with the horizontal deflection coil bobbin at a position in which the structure of the coil winding machine is simplified, and is separated and installed at an appropriate position after the coil winding.
