PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized circuit breaker with excellent balance property, and without malfunction. SOLUTION: The circuit breaker has a leakage current detecting circuit converting a leakage current information detected at a main circuit into a voltage signal, depending on a load current information of the main circuit in a suppressed state of the increase of voltage, and when a leakage current level exceeds a standard value, the circuit breaker breaks the load current by driving a switch part depending on the output of the leakage current detecting circuit.
