<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily release an abnormal condition in a station service apparatus so as to reduce a load of a station worker and so as to smoothly operate the station service apparatus. SOLUTION: By means of a portable terminal capable of transmitting a radio signal, the objective station service apparatus and a release of an abnormal condition to the station service apparatus are directed, and the direction contents are transmitted. The station service apparatus receives the radio signal transmitted from the portable terminal, and on the basis of the received signal, an abnormal condition of the station service apparatus is released.</p> |
