<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which a flexible and disk- shaped slave medium on which a servo signal is recorded by a magnetic transfer method in high quality and efficiency can be housed in a case. SOLUTION: The method is provided with a slitting stage for slitting rolled goods into webs, a punching stage for punching the web into a disk-shaped slave medium, a thermo stage for removing distortion, a varnishing stage for making the surface smooth, a center core attaching stage, a magnetical transfer stage for performing magnetic transfer of the servo signal by bringing a master carrier and the web or the slave medium into close contact, an assembling stage for incorporating the slave medium into the case, a stage for cleaning the surface of the slave medium, a verifying stage for inspecting the servo signal and a packaging stage.</p> |
