<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To artificially form a split screen appearing to display images of objects arranged in a virtual three-dimensional space and observed from a plurality of view points as if they are displayed while divided between a plurality of areas on the screen by means of computing from a single representative view point. SOLUTION: When objects 3, 4, 5, and 6 to be displayed in a plurality of areas 102 and 103 on a split screen 100 are observed from a single representative view point 17 set in a virtual three-dimensional space, the arrangement of the objects in the virtual three-dimensional space is changed so that they can be seen in the same way as that on an original split screen based on a plurality of view points 13 and 14. On the basis of the changed arrangement, computing necessary for forming an image of the object observed from the representative view point 17 is carried out.</p> |
