PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To retrieve and access document information written in plural kinds of WWW publishing languages on WWW without regard to the kind of a browser. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a WWW retrieving engine for managing the address on the WWW of a document written in the languages specialized to the plural kinds of browsers by the database of itself, a displaying system for providing a document written in the languages specialized to the plural kinds of browsers in languages to be understood by plural kinds of other browsers, and a device for providing a series of solutions for undertaking from an inquiry to accessing with respect to a user by making the two of the two cooperate with each other.
