PURPOSE: A heatsink structure for a CPU cooling system is provided to magnify the radiating surface of radiating wings by forming many projectors on both sides of the radiating wings, so as to improve cooling efficiency as well as magnifying radiating efficiency by cutting parts of the side of the radiating wings. CONSTITUTION: Many radiating wings(200) are vertically formed on the upper side of a base(100). On both side of the radiating wings(200), at least more than one cutting part(300) are formed, to make a cooling fan(1) smoothly cool off the radiating wings(200). A cooling wind of the cooling fan(1) is smoothly discharged to four directions of each radiating wing(200), not to generate an adverse wind. The radiating wings(200) horizontally form many projectors(210) on both side. The projectors(210) are round-shaped to increase the surface, and transmit heat to the radiating wings(200).
