摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promptly and properly cope with a trouble in the equipment wherein a robot is used. SOLUTION: When a failure occurs in the case of an operation of the robot (S1: YES), a robot controller on the user's side displays a current state on a teaching pendant and transmits screen information to a personal computer on the service side (S2, S3). The personal computer on the service side reproduces the teaching pendant on the user's side on a screen based on the received screen information (T1, T2). When an operator operates a key to recover the robot from the trouble (T3, T4), information of operation is transmitted to the robot controller on the user's side (T5 to T7) and the robot controller displays the received key operation by flickering (S4 to S6). Consequently, the robot can recover from the trouble by the key operation which is instructed to a user (S7, S8).</p>
