PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery having a mechanical strength and undegradable load characteristic. SOLUTION: At least any one of a positive electrode and a negative electrode contains soluble high polymer binder soluble in a nonaqueous electrolyte solvent and insoluble high polymer insoluble in the nonaqueous electrolyte solvent, and a uniform boundary surface between an active material and an electrolytic solution is formed in the battery.
