PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lease management system allowing a lease management company to cope with collection of money from tenants, fire insurance processing for rental building, credit examination for tenant, etc., which are important for the lease management company, as a system without requiring any complicated knowledge, and suitable for the essential business of the lease management company. SOLUTION: In this lease management system, a lease management institution receives a credit examination notifying processing, a rental advance payment processing and a prescribed month nonpayment guarantee payment processing to the payment processing of rental advance payment guarantee of a rental building to a rental advance payment guarantee institution, and a damage insurance institution performs a prescribed insurance processing and the payment processing of an agency fee to the management institution, and provides a fire insurance for household goods to the tenant. The rental advance payment guarantee institution performs the payment processing of a premium and the payment processing of the premium of the fire insurance for the tenant in conformation to the insurance processing, and the tenant pays the rental of the rental building, the management expense thereof, and the premium of the fire insurance by card settlement. |
