PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce data quantity of an animation so as to efficiently form and manage parts data and so as to dynamically change expression formation. SOLUTION: An image processor is provided with a motion type designating means 101 designating one or more information about parts data, an expression parameter storing means 104 storing parameter data for giving motion to the parts, a data linking means 106 relating the parts data and the parameter data to each other, a parameter data extracting means 105 extracting the parameter data from the expression parameter storing means 104 on the basis of information about the motion designated by means of the motion type designating means 101, and an animation composing means 107 forming a part animation image with a motion from the parts data and the parameter data related mutually by means of the data linking means 106 and synthesizing other unrelated parts data into the same line for forming a single moving image.
