PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method through which a modification is down-loaded quickly to an electric communication terminal with a built-in LCR function at a low cost when an LCR table is subjected to a modification. SOLUTION: A center calls out an electric communication terminal with a built-in LCR function when an LCR table is required to be subjected to a modification. The electric communication terminal with a built-in LCR function subscribes to a caller telephone number notification service and is informed of the telephone number of a caller when the terminal is called. The electric communication terminal with a built-in LCR function compares the received telephone number of a caller with the telephone number of the center stored in its inner storage region. When the telephone numbers are coincident with each other, the electric communication terminal calls out the center without sounding a ring tone and communicates with the center for down-loading or starts communicating with the center, automatically responding after a certain time or a calculated time elapses.
