PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record a conversation by using a telephone device having a small circuit scale and low power consumption. SOLUTION: This telephone device 100 comprises a transmitted voice processing unit 110 for processing a voice signal inputted from a microphone 112, RF transmission unit 140 for converting a transmitted voice data signal outputted from the transmitted voice processing unit 110 to a radio signal, RF receiving unit 150 for converting the radio signal received from the other party of a call, received voice processing unit 120 for processing the received voice data signal outputted by the RF receiving unit 150, and outputting voice and recording control unit 190 for inputting the transmitted voice data signal and the received voice data signal and selectively recording either one of the transmitted voice data signal and the received voice data signal based on presence or absence of voice data in the transmitted voice data signal in a memory 200.
