PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for regulating offset capable of stably operating a servo amplifier without periodically regulating the offset by a user. SOLUTION: An offset regulator 81 amplifies an analog signal of an output of an offset amplifier 85 by an amplifier 91 if a digital value '0' is given to a speed command, and then converts the analog signal into a digital value by an A-D converter 93. A one-chip microcomputer 95 reads the converted digital value, controls an electronic volume 87 so that the read digital value becomes a value '0' to change its resistance value, and alters the current offset of the amplifier 85 to regulate the offset.
