PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure safety of attachment/detachment works of an attachment in a circuit breaker attaching/detaching the attachment by opening an attachment cover provided in a cover. SOLUTION: The attachment cover 4 is provided in a power supply side of an operation handle 3 projecting from the cover 2 and a fastening screw 6 of the attachment cover 4 is provided in a position concealed by the operation handle 3 in the turned-on position. When the circuit breaker is turned on, even if the fastening screw 6 is loosened by a screwdriver, the attachment cover 4 is prevented from being opened and the operation handle 3 must be tipped or turned off to open the attachment cover 4. This constitution can avoid the risk of attaching/detaching the attachment with the circuit breaker turned on.
