PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily select the operation state and non-operation state of a storage information processing part and an external information processing part. SOLUTION: This integrated circuit 120 has a function of processing reproduced data (storage information) of a DVD 101 and a function of processing Internet information (external information) obtained through a modem 114. An operation key part 142 of a panel part 140 is equipped with a DVD key 142a for starting and ending DVD processing and an Internet key 142b for starting and ending Internet processing. With those keys 142a and 142b pressed, a select signal can be supplied to a CPU 121 of the integrated circuit 120 through a CPU interface 128 as a signal input part. The DVD processing and Internet processing of the integrated circuit 120 are placed in the operation state and non-operation state alternately each time the keys 142a and 142b are pressed.
