PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver service information fit for a service content required by a user on the basis of information as to a user's present position. SOLUTION: A service user's portable information terminal device 2 is previously registered as a member in a service information delivery center 1, and the desired receiving conditions are set. A service provider is previously registered in the delivery center 1, and his delivery conditions are set. When a member's required receiving conditions conform to a provider's delivery conditions, the member's position acquisition information is sent to a position information providing center 4 by the center 1, by which the position information indicating the member's present position is acquired. When the acquired position information coincides with a desired receiving area under the member's desired receiving conditions, the service provider's service information coincident with delivery conditions is delivered to the member. |
