PURPOSE: A rack capable of displaying a commercial advertisement is provided to allow a passenger to conveniently hang personal belongings or a shopping bag, and to reduce the manufacturing cost of the rack by virtue of the commercial advertisement. CONSTITUTION: The rack capable of displaying a commercial advertisement consists of a flat base plate(1) of rectangular shape, a hook member(2) attached to the one side of the flat base plate for allowing a user to conveniently hang personal belongings or a shopping bag, a commercial advertisement display plate(3) attached to the remaining portion of the flat base plate, a hook support(4) for reinforcing the hook member, and an attachment screw nail hole(5) for attaching the flat base plate to a body of a bus.
