PURPOSE: A device for producing a coating reinforcing support is provided to reduce producing time by double coating and to reduce environmental pollution by recycling waste plastic. CONSTITUTION: A coating reinforcing support comprises a discharging unit mounted on a first mold(1); a waste plastic nozzle(2) installed on the discharging unit; a double coating device(3) connected to the waste plastic nozzle; a new plastic nozzle(5) connected to an outlet unit of the double coating device by being arranged on a second mold; a transferring device(6) formed on an inlet port of the double coating device; a refrigerating tub(7) installed on the double coating device; a driving shaft receiving rotational force of an electric motor; and chain connecting chain sprockets of upper and lower transferring rollers. Thereby, the coating reinforcing support reduces environmental pollution by recycling waste plastic.
