PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card connector capable of simply connecting an IC card to a connector and reliably locking even a structure having a cover or the like without breaking the cover. SOLUTION: This IC card connector 10 comprises contact terminals 14 connected to the IC card and a housing 12 holding and fixing the contact terminals 14. Coupling sections 18 are provided on the opposite inside faces of the housing 12, and a step section 16 is provided on one coupling section 18. The IC card 26 is positioned by the step section 16, and the IC card 26 is held by the contact pressure of the contact terminals 14 and the coupling sections 18. The coupling sections 18 are provided on the opposite inside faces, however they may be provided at four corner sections on the inside faces of the housing 12. |
