PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stereo image display device, an image picture display method and a storage medium, by which a user can recognize a proper view position in the 3D display of any type at a desired time, by displaying an image for optimum position confirmation (LR pattern) on a main window, in accordance with the operation of the user. SOLUTION: The CPU 201 of PC101 constituting the stereo image display device controls the display of the image for optimum position confirmation, whose visual performance differ, in a case when a direct view-type display 102 is observed from the proper view position and a case when the direct view- type display 102 is observed from a position, except for the proper view position on the direct view-type display 102, in accordance with the instruction of the user based on a stereo image display program. |
