COMBINED PULSATIONS JIGGING INSTALLATION

The invention relates to a jigging installation using low frequency combined pulsations of the medium superposed with high frequency pulsations, in order to recover the useful minerals and the gold from the ore and to prepare buckwheat coal, which comprises a body (1) with two lower cone-shaped cells (2 and 2'), separated by a wall (3) and having at the upper side a screen (11) with meshes of different diameter, on which the material layer is set, the pulsations being generated by the simultaneous action on the medium of a metal disk-diaphragm (4) with high frequency vibrations, produced by a universal eccentric (9) operated by an electrical engine (7) through belt transmission (8) by means of a metal rod (6) and of a platband (10) connected with the screen (11) and of some pistons (19) of sheet-metal or wood, integral with some rods (18) connected by some bearings (17) with an axle (15) passing through two devices (16) with universal eccentric or with cams fastened to the edges of the body (1), the axle (15) being rotated by an engine (13) using a rove and belt transmission (14). In another embodiment the jigging installation has both the high frequency oscillation operating part and the low frequency oscillation operating part located at the lower side of the installation.
