PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a multifunctional sound system in which the quality of voice, music, and the like, does not deteriorate even if a low frequency signal and a high frequency signal are excited simultaneously. SOLUTION: A stator 300 is provided at the outer circumferential part of a frame 111 having a central part provided with a rotor shaft 106. In a magnetic circuit comprising at least one permanent magnet, a concentric tubular first air gap magnetically engaging with a voice coil 105 bonded to a speaker diaphragm 104 is provided and a concentric tubular second air gap magnetically engaging with the stator 300 on the outside of the first gap is provided with respect to a rotor 200. The rotor 200 is provided with a weight 204 eccentrically so that a large shaking force is generated centrifugally for the rotor shaft 106 of the rotor 200.
