<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which a line hardware can be replaced easily while a tension insulator device is stretched on the ground. SOLUTION: An entire expansion/contraction device 31 is installed across cables 66 and tower part 65 between which a tension insulator device 11 is provided. A partial expansion/contraction device for a rear part, for a rear part of a lead, or for a front part of the lead is installed across rear parts of insulator connection elements 12 and the tower parts 65 between which a line hardware connection elements 14 of the rear part of the tension insulator device 11 are provided, across the lead part of line hardware connection elements 15 of the lead part and the lead parts of the insulator connection elements 12 between which the rear parts of the line hardware connection elements 15 are provided, or across the lead part of the entire expansion/ contraction device 31 and the rear parts of the line hardware connection elements 15 between which the front parts of the line hardware connections elements 15 are provided.</p> |
