SCORE CALCULATING METHOD, AND SCORE PROVIDING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select a prediction model allowing adequate scoring for every customer in a method of calculating score from customer data. SOLUTION: Prediction models for calculating a characteristic amount of a customer from the customer data are hierarchically arranged, one or more of the items of the customer data are set as input data using the prediction model in a first layer, an output value is calculated from the input data, and a prediction model in the next layer is selected in response to the output value. This process is repeated to the lowest layer, and a prediction model for setting the score disposed in the lowest layer as an output value is selected.
