PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device which can maintain the stability and followup ability of a focus servo high irrespective of ON or OFF of a tracking servo. SOLUTION: The optical disk device is provided with a focus error signal correcting part 7, a tracking error signal correcting part 8, and an all sum signal correcting part 9 which outputs a first and second all sum signals at OFF or ON of the tracking servo. The focus error signal correcting part and the tracking error signal correcting part have, respectively, level detectors 2c and 2d which detect each signal level, first gain arithmetic units 3b and 3c which calculate each signal correction value according to a detected level, first attenuators 6b and 6c which attenuate each signal according to each signal correction value, second gain arithmetic units 3d and 3e which calculate a first and second correction factors on the basis of the level of the first and second all sum signals, and second attenuators 6d and 6e which attenuate the output signal level of the first attenuator on the basis of the first and second correction factors.
