PURPOSE: A roll blind type electric precipitator is provided to remove contamination factors flown into the indoor from the outside by the generation of artificial electric field by impressing a DC current of a high voltage to the conductive screens after installing conductive screens at front and back sides of the electric precipitator. CONSTITUTION: In an electric precipitator using the electric precipitation principle introducing an outdoor air, the roll blind type electric precipitator for installing at windows are manufactured by the methods comprising using a mesh screen(4) of a conductive material such as stainless steel, tungsten, copper, and aluminum; mounting a rear mesh screen in a roll blind shape; using active carbon fiber coated with a conductive material such as silver, copper and aluminum as the rear mesh screen; and fixing the rear mesh screen to the window frame using a fixing device(5) such as zipper, button, hook, ring, Velcro tape and magic tape for sealing of the rear mesh screen.
