PROCESS FOR WASHING SALTED FISH, SUCH AS MACKEREL, CUTTLEFISH, CUTLASSFISH AND THE LIKE, BY USING FAR INFRARED RAY IN LOESS WATER

PURPOSE: Provided is a process for washing salted fish, such as mackerel, cuttlefish, cutlassfish and the like, by using far infrared ray in loess water. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises the steps of: powdering loess into a powder having a granularity of over 100 mesh; mixing powdery loess with water then boiling the mixture to prepare loess water; washing salted fish with loess water according to its concentration; and drying the washed fish for a certain period of time.
