PURPOSE: Underpants are provided to effectively absorb body fluid like urine or menstrual blood and also prevent the leak of the body fluid by means of an absorbent pad. CONSTITUTION: Elastic front body(2) and back body(3) are sewed up together and form an underpants body with a waist opening(11) and a pair of openings(12) around legs. A crotch piece is attached to inside of a crotch part(6) in the underpants body, and an elastic tape(16) is attached to the center of the width of the back body. The elastic tape stretches from the waist opening part of the back body to the front part beyond a mid-folding line of the underpants body, and the front edge is positioned 25-75 mm upper from the mid-folding line characteristically. |
