<p>Compounds for prevention of resistance to certain medicinal drugs and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are based on general formula (1): where R1 is 12C alkyl, aryl, or aralkyl group (unsubstituted or substituted by a single or several hetero-atoms, or by an alkyl group) and R2 is N atom, or succinyl-OEt, acetyl, propionyl-BOC1, FMOC, DA, or an acyl group derived from an amino acid where a functional group or groups carry acyl, ester, nitro or urethane type protective groups.</p> |
