Said polypeptide comprises a central region that has a specific biological activity. At the C-terminus, said region comprises a region with a processing unit and an inhibitor domain while at its N-terminus it comprises a region that selectively recognizes a macromolecule on a cell surface or a component of the extracellular matrix.
