<p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate and ferrous sulfate from manganese dioxide and electric furnace dust of steelworks is provided which can be economically utilized in such a field as minerals for manufacturing animal feed by obtaining a product in which manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate and ferrous sulfate are coprecipitated. CONSTITUTION: The method for manufacturing manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate and ferrous sulfate from manganese dioxide and electric furnace dust of steelworks is characterized in that manganese sulfate, zinc sulfate and ferrous sulfate are obtained in the coprecipitated state by sequentially performing processes of heating the mixture to 750 deg.C by mixing one material selected from pitch, bunker C oil, light oil, briquette, molasses and starch with a mixture of manganese dioxide and electric furnace dust after mixing manganese dioxide with electric furnace dust, and heating and reacting the resulting solution to 95 deg.C for 4 to 6 hours by putting the heated mixture into an aqueous sulfuric acid solution.</p> |
