PURPOSE: A cover for an LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas) container is provided to keep the uniform temperature of an LNG container by using glass fiber and glass wool and to prevent the occurrence of a fire due to rapid temperature change. CONSTITUTION: A cover for an LNG container comprises a fastening rope and a cover. The cover is constituted of three layers formed by sequential deposition of glass fiber, glass wool and glass fiber. According to the glass fiber and glass wool, the temperature of the LNG container is kept uniform. Therefore, a fire due to rapid temperature changer is avoided.
