PURPOSE: A remote location control apparatus is provided to achieve an improved reliability, reduce cost and allow the apparatus to be easily installed and operated. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a signal transmitting variable resistance(1), a controller(4) for performing signal analysis and output, and an actuator(9) for generating a torque. The signal transmitting variable resistance and a signal feedback variable resistance(2) are connected to a DC motor shaft arranged inside an actuator, and to the controller through each wire terminal(11). A DC motor(3) arranged inside the actuator is connected to the controller through the wire terminal. The output from the controller is zero, or forward or reverse direction, which determine the stoppage or forward or reverse rotating motion of the DC motor.
