An object of the present invention is to provide a mounting structure of a clip to a resin molded article and a mounting structure and manufacturing method of a resin molded article capable of easily manufacturing a resin molded article having its excellent design surface and having high mount strength. A resin molded article has an elongated main body and a pair of mount ribs formed in several spots intermittently along a longitudinal direction. In addition, a protrusion is provided at a tip end of each of the mount ribs. A clip has a latch claw to be latched at a protrusion of the mount rib and a slip-proof lug provided opposite to the latch claw so as not to release a latch of the latch claw to the protrusion. In addition, the clip has an engagement section engaged with a body panel at a side facing to the body panel. Then, a resin molded article is mounted to the body panel via the clip mounted at the position of the mount rib.
