PURPOSE: Provided are a functional roast laver including green tea, ginseng, Cordyceps militaris and the like to improve its flavor and functions and reinforcing nutriments, and a roasting apparatus thereof. CONSTITUTION: The functional roast laver is produced by the steps of: diluting in 1L of sesame oil, 30g of fine powder selected from the group consisting of green tea, ginseng and Cordyceps militaris; coating a piece of laver having a size of 20cm X 20cm with 0.1-0.5mg of the diluted solution; and roasting the laver in a roasting apparatus containing an electric heater with quartz porphyry by using far-infrared ray. |
