PURPOSE: An anticancer health food composition and its producing method are provided, thereby producing the health food having various healthful effects as well as an anticancer effect. CONSTITUTION: The anticancer health food composition comprises aloe, olive, leek and garlic in the same ratio, and may further comprise olive oil as a filler. The method for producing the anticancer health food composition comprises the steps of: mixing aloe, olive, leek and garlic in the same ratio; adding olive oil as a filler into the mixture; grinding the mixture and freeze-drying the ground mixture at -40 deg.C to produce a powder; and forming the powder to be a tablet form to produce the anticancer health food composition. |
