PURPOSE: A movable multi-functional cleaner for liquid storage tank is provided to prevent cease of cleaning work during chip cleaning or chip replacement by automatically cleaning chip and sludge adhered to a filter by a brush roller. CONSTITUTION: A movable multi-functional cleaner for liquid storage tank includes a chip removing portion on one side of its upper portion, a specific gravity separating portion(3) on the other side of its upper portion, and a suction pump on its lower portion. On one side of the chip removing portion is installed a fixed body(4) connected with an inlet pipe(4-1). A longitudinal outlet hole(4-2) is formed under an empty room(4-3) of the fixed body. The outlet hole is connected with a plurality of through holes formed on a rotation body(5) inserted into the fixed body. Under the rotation body is formed a supporting stage(2-1) in which a suction pipe(8-1) of a vacuum pump(8) is connected with a receiving room(2-3), and a filter(7-2) is wound around a coaxial roller(7) and an idling roller(7-1). A brush roller(9) is in contact with the idling roller.
