PURPOSE: A process of preparing the titled sheet by mixing several medicinal plants with a pyroligneous acid solution, a fixing agent such as diatomaceous earth, ceramic, loess or the like and a bulking agent such as starch, seaweed or the like and then blending conventional sheet material is provided. Whereby, the sheet is beneficial in generally maintaining good health. CONSTITUTION: One part by weight of a mixture comprising 1 part by weight of Phellinus linteus, 12 to 70 parts by weight of Acanthopanax Senticosus, 3 to 18 parts by weight of Houttuynia cordata, 3 to 18 parts by weight of Eucommia ulmoides is heated with 3 to 15 parts by weight of water and then dried to give medicinal plant powder having a moisture content of 20 to 40%. One part by weight of a pyroligneous acid solution is heated with 0.5 to 2 parts by weight of a fixing agent and then dried to give pyroligneous acid powder. One part by weight of medicinal plant powder is mixed with 5 to 30 parts by weight of the pyroligneous acid powder and then 1 to 85 parts by weight of a bulking agent. The obtained mixture is applied to one side of a conventional sheet.
