PURPOSE: An electronic controller for room temperature is provided to efficiently save energy of petroleum, gas and electricity by further installing one temperature sensor in a boiler using petroleum, gas and electricity. CONSTITUTION: An electronic controller(1) for room temperature uses usual temperature sensors installed in a water tank of a boiler using petroleum, gas and electricity, and another one temperature sensor. The boiler using petroleum, gas and electricity is operated in predetermined temperature deviation such as 10 °C of water temperature in the water tank. A circulating motor is operated in predetermined temperature deviation such as 40 °C plus or minus 1 °C of sensed water temperature. A burner and an electric heater of the boiler are operated through predetermined temperature of water in the boiler water tank.
