PURPOSE: A heating apparatus of a rice cooker is provided to enhance a uniform thermal distribution of the rice cooker and to remove a heat insulator by enhancing a thermal conductivity to an oven. CONSTITUTION: A heating apparatus of a rice cooker comprises an aluminum tape I(104), a silicon hot-wire(106), an aluminum tape II(105) and a contact layer(107). 0ne surface of the silicon hot-wire(106) is surrounded by the aluminum tape I(104) and is fixed. The aluminum tape II(105) is contacted to the other surface of the silicon hot-wire(106) and is contacted to the aluminum tape II(105) in parallel. The contact layer(107) is contacted to the aluminum tape II(105) in parallel. A current of an external power source is supplied to the silicon hot-wire(106) through a lead wire, and the silicon hot-wire(106) having a resistor of a high resistance value generates a Joule heat. The Joule heat is conducted to the aluminum tape I, the aluminum tape II, the contact layer and a radiating plate(109) sequentially.
