PURPOSE: A soundproofing and dust-proofing pad for structures and/or architectures is provided to simultaneously reduce light-impact sound and heavy-impact sound generated from bottom side of respective floors of the structure. CONSTITUTION: The pad comprises a body(210) made of foam rubber material having a flat contact face(212) on bottom side while a plurality of grooves(211) interposed at determined interval on top side of the body; and a supporting body(220) having an adhesive face(221) adjacent to the face(212) on top portion of the supporting body and a mounting face(222) adjacent to top side of a concrete slab layer(100). The supporting body is preferably made of waste urethane foam material including waste sponge. The mounting face(222) of the supporting body(220) is closely mounted on the top side of the concrete slab layer. The body has a foam concrete layer(300) on top portion of the same.
