PURPOSE: A side frame pawl and jig block assembly of a vehicle is provided to improve convenience and productivity by assembling a side frame pawl with a jig block efficiently, and to prevent an operator from being injured in an accident by reducing the weight of the jig block. CONSTITUTION: A side frame pawl and jib block assembly is composed of a side frame pawl(50) fixed by standing a column member(52) in a supporting member(51); and a rectangular flat jig block(60) press-fitted to the side frame pawl and slid vertically. Plural assembling members(70) are penetrated through the front of the jig block, and assembled with the side frame pawl. The side frame pawl is assembled with the jib block firmly with fixing the position of the jig block by plural assembling members. The productivity is increased with enhancing working convenience and assembling efficiency. Manufacturing cost is reduced, and the operator is protected from being injured at accidents with reducing the weight of the jig block.
