PURPOSE: An equalizer type brake lamp assembly is provided to light a brake lamp according to load or speed of a foot brake pedal and to prevent an accident by displaying operation of sudden brake. CONSTITUTION: An equalizer type brake lamp assembly comprises a load sensor(21) detecting load of a foot brake pedal(20) by being mounted on a brake hydraulic pressure line; a speed sensor(22) sensing velocity of the foot brake pedal by being installed on the brake hydraulic pressure line; a brake lamp(24) of an equalizer type gradually emitted according to detected value of the load/speed sensors; and a plural stages(23) formed on an inner portion of a brake lamp body. The brake lamp assembly is arranged as a high mounted lamp shape. Thereby, the brake lamp assembly in the equalizer vehicle turns on the brake lamp according to the load value or the speed value of the foot brake pedal. Moreover, the brake lamp assembly in the equalizer vehicle prevents an accident by displaying operation of the brake.
