PURPOSE: A forming device is provided in which the filling of the mold functions reliably by comprising an upper matrix and a lower matrix at least one tool upper half, and a first clamping device and a second clamping device at a tool lower half. CONSTITUTION: The forming device comprises at least one tool upper part(3), at least one upper matrix(5) operatively associated with the at least one tool upper part and at least one lower matrix(6), at least one tool lower part(4) operatively associated with the at least one lower matrix, at least one first clamping device(16) and at least one second clamping device(17) operatively associated with the at least one tool lower part, wherein at least one of the at least one first and second clamping device(16,17) has at least one annular piston(18,19) with a sleeve, the forming device further comprises at least one thrust collar(15) and/or at least three thrust pins, the forming device further comprises at least one plunger(8), at least one of the first and second clamping devices communicates with at least one bubble memory, the forming device further comprises at least one counter plunger(7), and the forming device further comprises at least one ejector pin(10,13,14).
