PURPOSE: An apparatus for precisely measuring the moisture is provided to accurately measure the moisture regardless of the density of a material by using the difference of two radio frequencies. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for precisely measuring the moisture comprises a cylindrical electrostatic capacitance sensor(11) measuring the change of an electrostatic capacitance, a sensor supporting unit(31) supporting the electrostatic capacitance sensor via a sensor insertion hole(13), two radio frequency oscillating circuits oscillating radio frequencies depending on the change of electrostatic capacitance, a switching circuit switching the radio frequency oscillating circuits, a frequency counter measuring the frequency change, a sealing case(33) combined to the sensor supporting unit to waterproofing the oscillating circuits and the frequency counter, a microprocessor operating the content of moisture by using the frequency change value, and a display displaying the moisture content. An electric constant is changed corresponding to the content of moisture in a material. With the change of electric constant, an electrostatic capacitance is changed. By measuring the change of frequencies, the moisture in the material is measured accurately.
