A valve cap (1) for car tires has a bush-shaped body (2). The body is provided with a marking surface and this is provided with several marking elements (4) which can be retouched. The marking elements comprise two eighths (6) of a segment display separated by a full stop or a comma. The marking elements comprise four points (8) located at the corners of a rectangle and an arrow (9) at right angles to one of the rectangle sides. An end face (3) of the body is used as a marking surface. The marking elements are let into the marking surface and can be retouched by over-painting. |
